TIME SCHEDULES PER AGE GROUP
BABY UNIT SCHEDULE
This is a basic schedule, however is dependant on the baby, as we follow each baby’s unique routine. Therefore each baby will follow a slightly different routine.
6:30 – 9:00: Arrival
07h30 – 8:30: Breakfast
8:30 – 9:00: Morning Ring singing, music and movement, baby massage
9:00 – 9:45: Nappy change, bottle, nap-time. (formula/tea/juice)
10:00: Snack
10:00 – 11:30: Activities: Activities may vary from day to day
*Arts and crafts (theme based and age appropriate)
*Music and movement
*Age appropriate educational toys/games
*Outdoor free play (weather permitting)
*Sensory play/fun (jelly, bubbles, sand etc.)
11:30: Nappy change
11:45- 14:00: Lunch, bottles, and rest period (may vary from child to child)
14:00 – 15:00: Nappy change (half-day children go home at 14:00)
15:00 – 17:45: Organised & free play activities, nappy change, and collection time
BASIC SCHEDULE 2YR – 6YRS
6:30 – 7:15: Arrival – Free-play
7:15 – 8:30: Inside structured play
07h30-08h20: Breakfast
8:20 – 08h30: Toilet routine & hand washing
8:30 – 8:45: Register & Morning Ring
Outside free play (weather permitting)
9:00 – 09h45: Session 1

*Mathematical development
*Knowledge & understanding of the world
*Personal, social & emotional development
*puzzles, peg boards, table games etc.
09h45 – 10:00: Snack & juice
10h00 – 10h45: Session 2 – Creative development
*Age appropriate & themed based; Arts & crafts, painting, colouring in, cutting & pasting, worksheets & workbooks (fine motor development)
10:45-11:30 – Outdoor Free-play
11:40 – 12:10: Lunch
12:00 – 12:15: Toilet routine & hand washing
12:00 – 13:30/14h00: Story & nap time (GRADE 0 THIRD RING)
13h30 – 14:00: Wake up & toilet routine
14:00 – 14:45: Snack boxes
14:45 – 15:00: Fruit Snack
15:00-16:00: Outside free play or structured activities
15:45 – 16:00: Toilet routine & hand washing
16:00-16:15: Snack & juice (outdoor sing-a-long)
16:15-17h00: Structured outside or indoor play – weather-permitting; & physical development /Inside structured play; puzzles, peg boards, table games
17:00-17:30: Story-time/educational tv show
17:30 – 17:45: Closing & departure;
