What We Offer
Our school offers a welcoming, warm and friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk into our beautiful environment. Adventures in Wonderland was built according to Health Department Regulations, boasting large-sized classrooms to ensure our children have space to play, learn and explore. Guests are in awe of our large open spaces, high ceilings and the beautiful energy in the school as they are welcomed and greeted by our friendly and dynamic Team of Staff.
All our facilities provide wide-open spaces for your child to play. Play is a powerful tool in your child’s development. Our Adventures children are encouraged to test their strengths by climbing, clambering, running, sliding, swinging, building and using their imagination.
We have a beautiful outdoor Playground, with two separate play areas, as well as beautiful tree’s providing natural shade, and a range of bird-life which the children love.
Small Classes
Each class has a fully qualified Educator and one to three Trained and Qualified Care-giver Assistants, depending on the age-group. The foundation is LOVE and each child feels welcome and secure with the nurturing environment, where they develop confidence to attempt new experiences that are a part of each day.
PROGRAMMES, CURRICULUM AND WHAT WE PROVIDE
At Adventures, we provide one-on-one holistic play-based teaching, following the Early Childhood Development Curriculum, which is Theme-based and focusses on all area’s of Pre-school Development. We support the educational Philosophies and culture of communication, collaboration, creativity and critical thinking, at the same time developing your child’s soft skills with sensory and imaginary play.
Each class is equipped with a wide-range of quality educational equipment, a well-planned learning environment with construction area’s and fantasy play area’s to develop your child’s imagination and creativity, as well as social and emotional development.
Starting in the early years, the holistic approach to education is about a balance between the home, the environment and the developing child.
